  • Shipping Cost: We offer competitive flat-rate shipping fees across all orders, calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.

Embroidery Service Shipping

If your order includes custom embroidery, please allow additional time for processing:

  • Processing Time: Custom embroidery orders can take up to 14 business days to be completed before they are shipped. This time frame allows us to carefully craft your custom designs to meet our high-quality standards.
  • Combined Delivery: If your order contains both embroidered and non-embroidered items, the entire order will be shipped together once the embroidery process is complete.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your purchase.
  • Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after processing (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please allow additional time during peak seasons.
